INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSION – SECOND REGISTRATION FOR CANDIDATES ON THE RESERVE LIST
The registration procedures for the first batch of reserve candidates accepted to programs for the 2024-2025 Academic Year through international student admissions were completed on September 16, 2024. Below is the list of next batch of reserve candidates who have been granted the right to register based on available quotas.
If any quotas remain available after September 20, 2024, candidates on the reserve list will be offered the opportunity to register according to their ranking positions. Please continue to monitor the Student Affairs Office website for further updates.

Registration: Registrations for candidates on the reserve list will be conducted in person from September 18 to September 20, 2024, during working hours.
All required documents must be submitted in person to the International Students Office during the specified period. Registration cannot be completed by mail or remotely. Third parties cannot carry out the registration procedures on your behalf. However, they may register you by providing a notarized power of attorney. Powers of attorney issued abroad must be apostilled or certified by Turkish embassies or consulates; otherwise, they will be deemed invalid.
Failure to complete the registration procedures within the designated dates will result in forfeiting your right to register.
Letters of Acceptance: Letters of acceptance will be issued upon request and are intended solely for visa purposes. Students requiring a student visa to enter Türkiye for registration are advised to contact the International Students Office at admission@hacettepe.edu.tr.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The admission process has been conducted based on the information provided by candidates in their application forms. Candidates who fail to submit proof of the information provided will forfeit their registration rights. Additionally, in accordance with the decision of the Hacettepe University Selection Commission, candidates who applied with predicted results but whose actual results fall short of the minimum application requirements will forfeit their right to enrollment.
