Document for Address Declaration

To declare your address, you need to provide one of the following documents:

  • A copy of your property deed if you are staying in your own house
  • For extension applications, a certificate of residence and a utility bill (electricity, natural gas, water) under your name.
  • If you rent a house, a notarized copy of the rental agreement.
  • If you are staying in a hotel or similar accommodation, proof of your stay and a receipt showing payment for the period of stay.
  • If you are staying in a student dormitory, you need to provide a document proving that you are staying there. If the document does not have a barcode or QR code, you also need to provide an authorized signatory list of the dormitory.
  • If you are staying with a sponsor, you need to provide a notarized commitment letter from the person you are staying with. If the sponsor is married, you also need to provide a notarized commitment letter from their spouse. The sponsor must be a legal resident of Türkiye.
