Copies of Passport, Visa (if applicable) and Entry Stamps
When submitting your documents to the university, please ensure that you bring the data page of your passport, visa (if applicable), and entry stamps on separate pages. Do not bring all the copies on one page.
It is mandatory to bring your original passport when submitting your documents.
In case you do not have your original passport for any reason, you must bring a notarized copy of your passport.
If you have changed your passport since submitting the e-ikamet application and obtained a new one, you must bring the relevant copies of both your old and new passports (including data pages, visa pages, and entry stamps.)
